Stainless Steel Tanks CLEANING PROCEDURE

Step 1st
At least  for  4 hours re circulate the tank with hot water  (80 – 85 °C ) with completion of  3 machine cycle .

Step 2nd
Only applicable when tank is going for WALL WASH TEST standard specification :

METHOD “A” 
For removal of light  hydrocarbon METHANOL ( Technical Grade ) or MEK  ( Technical Grade ) spray may require.

METHOD “B”
For removal  of heavier hydrocarbon re circulate the tank with hot solution of  RXSOL ORG or B-SOLVE

Step 3rd
Only applicable , when odor confirmed  on completion of step 1st .
During re circulation of    B-solve / org , spray diluted part of bleach solution , which should be  immediately rinsed / washed off otherwise again methanol spray require.

Epoxy Tanks CLEANNG PROCEDURE
Step 1st

Zinc Tanks CLEANING PROCEDURE

Step 1st
At least  for  4 hours re circulate the tank with hot water  (80 – 85 °C ) with completion of  3 machine cycle .

Only applicable when tank is going for WALL WASH TEST standard specification :

For removal  of light  hydrocarbon  MEK  ( Technical Grade ) spray may require.
